Agenette Marie Welk, has been arrested in Ocala, Florida, for DUI, property damage, and a possible case of vehicular manslaughter.
After being arrested at the scene of the accident in Florida, Welk's blood alcohol was tested and was found to be .172.
The car that she struck was driven by Shiyanne Kroll, and her mother Sandra Clarkson was riding as a passenger. Clarkson was killed in the accident.
If losing her mother in the accident wasn't bad enough, to add insult to injury, the release of Welk's mugshot was even more appalling as she flaunts what looks like a carefree smile.
Appalled daughter Shiyanne Kroll told the New York Post :
“That disgusts me and that means she has no remorse for what she did at all and I hope that judge sees that picture and says the same thing,”
The suspect has since posted bail.
