This week President Trump has invited leaders from Orange County to the White House to discuss immigration and California's Sanctuary State laws.
Los Alamitos Mayor Troy Edgar, Councilman Warren Kusumoto, and Orange County Supervisor Michelle Steel are going to Washington, D.C. this Wednesday.
Los Alamitos is one of many Orange County cities to take a stand against SB 54, the Sanctuary State bill that prohibits local law enforcement from working with federal immigration authorities.
