Early Voting For California Primary Election Kicks Off Today

Early voting begins today for the June 5th California Primary Election.  Election officials throughout the Bay Area say every resident is receiving a vote-by-mail ballot this year under the California Voters Choice Act.

In addition to being able to vote absentee, residents can take advantage of new Vote Centers, which are polling places that have expanded services including registration, bilingual assistance, and disabled access options.  Voters have until May 21st to register to vote and ballots being cast by mail must be postmarked on or before Election Day.
