Vicki Lawrence was on with Tim to talk about her 'two woman' show!
Vicki's success story is awe inspiring. When she was a senior in high school she sent Carol Burnett a letter and Carol, at the time, just happened to be looking for an actress to play her little sister on her new variety series, The Carol Burnett Show.
The two met and the rest...as they say, is history.
Vicki was a part of The Carol Burnett Show through it's entire 11-year run, and then went on to star in her own TV show, Mama's Family, where she played the iconic Thelma "Mama" Harper for 6 seasons.
But, in case you didn't know, she's a jack of all trades. She hosted a game show and her own daytime talk show, 'Vicki!,' has an international hit single "The Night the Lights Went Out In Georgia', has performed countless times on stage and is the author of two books.
Vicki is performing her show, "Vicki Lawrence & Mama: A Two Woman Show" locally!
