Supreme Court Rules Against a "Too Vague" Immigration Law

The Supreme Court has handed the Trump administration a setback on immigration policy.

Justice Neil Gorsuch sided with liberals in a 5-4 vote against a federal law that requires mandatory deportation of immigrants for violent crimes.

The court found the law unconstitutionally vague and the decision strikes down a provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act that defines a crime of violence.
