President Trump took to Twitter early Wednesday morning with his all caps support of the Second Amendment after retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens called for its repeal.
Stevens argued in the New York Times on Tuesday that the repeal would weaken the National Rifle Association’s ability to "block constructive gun control legislation."
President Trump, in his nearly 3am tweet wrote, despite the retired justice's essay, "THE SECOND AMENDMENT WILL NEVER BE REPEALED!".
"As much as Democrats would like to see this happen," he continued, following it up with "NO WAY."
