More Streets Banning Overnight RV Parking

Up until four years ago it was illegal for people to live in their vehicles in Los Angeles County. Since the ban was struck down the city has seen a boom of homeless people living in vans and RV's that can essentially park anywhere. 

Recently more cities have decided to take their streets back, banning overnight parking or only allowing permitted vehicles to park for agreed upon lengths of time. 

The LA Times conducted a full investigation and spoke to one of these RV dwellers about his experience with trying to find a safe street for his family to sleep while avoiding the 'riff raff'.
