Although in the heart of Hollywood where many tourist may crowd, locals will still have a great time here. Whiskey is their staple here if you could not tell by the name. Over half of the cocktails feature whiskey and their food does not shy away from the booze either. This St. Patrick's day, visit them for green beer, entertainment, giveaways, and what's best - no cover fee! Whoo hooo!
5. Rock and Reilly's (West Hollywood)
You can visit Rock and Reilly's for the Irish nachos, the whiskey tastings in their "whiskey gallery" or for the infamous mascot of the drunken toddler. Los Angeles' oldest Irish Pub! They open at 6 AM on Saturday for Irish breakfast and coffee. 11:00 AM is when the outdoor festival opens up and the par-tay begins!
