Meet Elvira Ortega.
Elvira was hired to look after a ten-month-old in Salt Lake City, Utah. When the boy's mother came to pick him up, she noticed the baby was in pain.
According to court docs, the baby's mother said her son 'did not want to sit, crawl, or move and only wanted to be held,' according to court documents
After being questioned by police, Elvira admitted to slamming the baby "down on the bathroom floor, feet first, fracturing both legs", according to a Salt Lake County Jail report.
Here's the kicker, Elvira told authorities she would rather be deported than go to jail !!
