A homeless couple in Victorville have been arrested on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts on their child who was only 5-year-old at the time police said.
Victorville police say in August of 2013, the five-year-old revealed he had been sexually abused by his biological parents, Roy Ling and Sara Wilson. At the time, the victim and his parents homeless, which made it difficult for officials to track them down. Detectives began an investigation, but were unable to track the parents and victim down because they moved around so much.
In December of 2017, Ling and Wilson were discovered in a riverbed in Victorville. Investigators say they were told the pair may also have committed sexual acts on their dogs and the investigation was restarted.
Arrest warrants were issued for the pair on Valentine's Day and were taken into custody on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts with a child and booked into the High Desert Detention Center in lieu of $200,000 bail each.
