With all the discussion surrounding homeless in LA, a lot of eyes have been watchful. Last Tuesday, San Pedro deputies were seen on camera to be "dumping" a homeless man elsewhere.
The Sheriffs department took the time to explain that deputies were "performing an act of compassionate service."
A Los Angeles council man has called for an investigation.
