An illegal alien caught peeing in public in Maryland pulled out a box-cutter and brutally attacked a man who simply suggested that he use a bathroom.
The victim suffered slash wounds to his neck, face, and stomach in the attack two months ago at a bus terminal in Montgomery County.
46-year-old Salvador Gomez-Lopez was drunk and belligerent, according to WJLA-TV. He was arrested on two counts of assault, public intoxication, and possession of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure. An ICE spokesperson says Gomez-Lopez was in the United States illegally from El Salvador.
WJLA-TV also reports that Gomez-Lopez is a father of two children and was working part-time for a relative doing odd jobs.
ICE has "lodged a detainer" and called him a fugitive. He's being held on $5,000 bond and will go to trial in April.
