Yes, you read it right. A Houston couple was surprised when they went to escape the busy city and visit their vacation home.
Unfortunately, a quick scan around the 10 acre property showed them their house was nowhere in sight.
When Jo Harrison called the Madison County Sheriff's Department, she had hard time explaining the situation.
"I said, 'You know this is really going to sound strange but I need to report a stolen house,'" Harrison said.
"They were like, 'A house?' I said, 'Yes, we have 10 acres and had a little cabin and the cabin is gone.'"
Sheriff's are hoping to locate the vacation home soon.
