If you're looking to add a bit of art and culture to your life, you are in luck! Dozens of Southern California museums will open their doors free of charge to the public this Sunday, January 28th.
The offer is good for general admission only. Some exhibitions require tickets, so plan ahead if you're looking to get a closer look at the Space Shuttle Endeavor at the California Science Center.
Among the dozens of museums that are welcoming visitors, perennial favorites like LACMA, the La Brea Tar Pits, and the Getty Museum are set to dazzle visitors with history, art, culture, and science.
Participating museums are partnering with Metro to encourage people to use public transportation to see the museums. People are encouraged to plan head at metro.net.
