Ontario Youth Pastor Arrested For Sexual Abuse

An Ontario Youth Pastor has been arrested for allegedly conducting lewd acts with two minors police say. 

Gerardo  Cutodio Jr., 30, of Upland, has been accused by two women of sexually abusing them while they were underage. 

One woman said she was only 14-years-old when the alleged abuse by Custodio Jr. occurred. The incidents happened between 2012 and 2014 at the Iglesia La Familia De Dios where the youth pastor worked. The victim said Custodio Jr. was 24 at the time. 

The second woman told police she was 15 when the alleged acts occurred over a period of two years in 2014-2015. Custodio Jr. was 26 at the time. 

Police say Custodio Jr. had been acting as a youth minister at the church where his father, Gerardo Custodio Sr. worked as a senior pastor. 

Custodio Jr. is facing charges of engaging in lewd acts with a minor, as well as additional charges on which he is being held on $3 million bail.
