Every year since 2014, Assemblywoman Melissa Melendez (R-Lake Elsinore) has put forward legislation to protect legislative staff from speaking out about sexual misconduct in the workplace.
Her bills were shut down every time in the Senate by crooked Kevin De León. Now in the wake of the "Me Too" movement, Melendez might finally get her measure through.
