Recreational marijuana is now legal in California.
That means you no longer need a medical marijuana card to purchase weed and smoke it.
However, that doesn't mean you can smoke it wherever you want, whenever you want.
The rules just aren't as simple as you might think.
Can you smoke it at home?
Yes.
Can you smoke it on a public street?
No.
Can you grow it home?
Yes.
Can you have a home farm?
No.
