Volunteers Working Around The Clock On Rose Parade Floats

Volunteers are working around the clock to get the floats ready for this year's Rose Parade.  Dozens of folks are spending hours gluing tiny pieces of flower petals, seeds, and weeds, among other types of plant life into place on the floats.

The floats are currently parked in the giant Fiesta Floats warehouse in the city of Irwindale, which is only about a half -hour away from where the parade starts in Pasadena.  The 129th Tournament of Roses Parade will start on New Year's Day and the theme is "Making A Difference" with actor Gary Sinise as the Grand Marshall.
