One 9-year-old's Christmas wish might sound familiar to anyone who grew up with siblings. The Canadian 9-year-old decided to use a recent snowstorm to write a letter to Santa letting the jolly old elf know exactly what she wanted for Christmas: Leave the presents, take the brother.
Jo-Ann Murphy of St. John's Newfoundland and Labrador, posted the video to Facebook on Sunday showing the letter her daughter Jennifer wrote to Santa in bold red letters on the newly fallen snow outside of their home.
"Hey guys, we had our first storm today, so we did something a little bit different than build snowmans," Murphy says in the video. She pans the camera across the bright red letters to show Jennifer's message for everyone to see:
"SANTA STOP HERE ↑ LEAVE PRESENTS. TAKE BROTHER!"
The 9-year-old wasn't through. Jennifer wanted to make sure her message to Santa got through and that she wasn't to blame for his shenanigans. the messaged continued on the other side of the house:
"SANTA, I TRIED! BROTHER WAS WORST..."
Murphy said she texted the video of her daughter's prank to her 13-year-old brother Ryan who said he thought the message to Santa was hilarious.
