The internet is mocking the President for using both hands to take a tiny sip of water while he unveiled his new national security strategy yesterday.
Some people are already saying this is a sign of his physical decline. Earlier this month he slurred and stumbled his way through a speech about Israel.
Is he going down?!
Even if he's fine, you have to admit that's a pretty goofy looking way to take a sip of water.
