(Albert Maruna - Mahoning County Jail)
A student at Youngstown State University in Ohio was busted for attempting to have sex with a 15-year-old boy, who turned out to be an undercover police officer.
22-year-old Albert Maruna was chatting online with an undercover officer via a dating app, and the conversations were sexually graphic.
Maruna sent the undercover officer nude photos of himself and set up a meeting with the officer, thinking he was talking with an underage boy.
They both agreed to get together on December 12th, and Maruna said he would bring lubricant, chicken Alfredo, and Sprite.
Maruna showed up to the meeting place but he was greeted by police instead of the boy and was arrested.
At the time of the arrest, police found the following items on Maruna:
- An iPhone
- A MAC book
- Three zip drives
- A bottle of Astroglide lubrication
- Vaseline lotion
- Two bottles of Sprite
- Chicken Alfredo in a Tupperware container
Maruna was charged with attempted unlawful sexual contact with a minor, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, possessing criminal tools, and importuning.
