2017. It was the year of the mad pooper. Or poopers.
There were a few.
But there's a new poopa on the loosa: this time in New York's Orchard Park.
Residents of the community however aren't taking the mess on the chin. They've come together stop the fecal fiend, and the first stop in their campaign was the pages of Pennysaver.
One (or some) of the residents of Orchard Park banded together to purchase an advertisement calling out the poopitrator:
TO THE PERSON/JOGGER WHO IS POOPING ON OUR LAWNS IN THE VILLAGE OF O.P:
YOU ARE VIOLATING A HEALTH ORDINANCE THAT PROHIBITS DEPOSITING UNTREATED SEWAGE ON LAND OR WATER!!!
YOU ARE PUTTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AT A SERIOUS HEALTH RISK, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN!
WE HAVE INSTALLED TRAIL CAMS TO IDENTIFY YOU!
THE ORCHARD PARK POLICE ARE INCREASING PATROLS IN OUR AREA!
The Homeowners whose property you invaded.
The serial pooper feces charges of public lewdness or exposure if caught.
