Christopher Elwell had just been sentenced to 7.5 - 15 years for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl when he was headbutted by another prisoner in the courtroom.
Cameras from WMUR caught the moment when Josiah Davies, who was in handcuffs and waiting for arraignment and a hearing on a probation violation, went after Elwell.
Elwell is convicted of going to a home where a 9-year-old and a 4-year-old girl were staying. Assistant Strafford County Attorney Emily Conant said:
"They described him showing them videos of sexual acts similar to the ones that she had done."
Elwell denied the accusations at first, but last Thursday he admitted they were true. He also plead guilty for not registering as a sex offender, after being convicted on a different charge back in 2008.
He sounds like a real creep. He deserves all the headbutts he gets. Click here for more abc 13.
