A Sacramento resident is fuming after a woman delivering packages for Amazon pooped in the street in front of her home.
The business was caught on Nemy Baustista's security camera. Around 3:00 p.m. on Thursday the delivery woman drove up to Bautista's house, got out the van, delivered the package, and then got back in the van.
Before driving away the woman got back out, squatted behind the passenger door, and dropped a deuce.
Bautista noticed the feces when she got home, but she thought it was from a dog at first. But then she went back and checked her security footage and found that the poop came from a human. Disgusted, Bautista posted to Facebook:
“Amazon.com Why is your driver squatting in-front of my house? Let me give you a hint … he/she is not tying their shoes. I have it on video!”
She followed up by saying that the driver's supervisor came out to her house, but he was "not prepared for cleanup."
Bautista said:
“He was in shock when he saw the size of ‘it’. He ended up scooping it up with a plastic bag, but didn’t want to take it with him (it smelled really bad). Guess the garbage can will smell like s**t for the next few days. I also had to hose down the gutter/sidewalk area after he left."
A representative from Amazon Executive Customer Relations called Bautista shortly after. She was told the driver would "be taken care of," but didn't go into details about what that meant.
If you expecting packages soon, beware of poop!
