A couple of Los Angeles City Council members want to change the sexual harassment policy for city workers.  The City of L.A. employs about 45,000 people making it one of the largest employers in Southern California.  Right now there is no centralized method for tracking sexual harassment complaints.

Two City Council members are now pushing for a phone hotline and website for city employees and the public to use to make sexual harassment complaints against city workers.  Mayor Garcetti told the "L.A. Times" recently his office is committed to improving the reporting process.
