Sylvester Stallone has been accused of sexually assaulting a 16 year-old girl in 1986.
Stallone was 40 at the time.
The alleged victim, whose name has not been released, claims that she had sex with Stallone in his hotel room at the Las Vegas Hilton while he was filming the movie Over the Top. He then took a moment to inform the girl that she was "very tight."
After their discussion, Stallone inquired as to whether or not the girl had ever engaged in a threesome, at which point he summoned his bodyguard Mike De Luca who had been waiting in the bathroom.
At that point she became 'very uncomfortable' with the encounter but felt she had "no choice."
According to the police report, it was then that De Luca, along with Stallone, forced the teenager to perform oral sex on him. The bodyguard proceeded to penetrate the girl while Stallone forced her to perform oral sex on him.
Following the encounter, the claimant says that Stallone threatened that she couldn't tell anyone because both he and De Luca were married. She adds that he said "they would have to beat her head in" if the word ever did get out.
A spokesperson for Stallone categorically denies the allegations.
