New York legislator Jennifer Schwartz Berky from Ulster County was caught on a police officer's camera having an epic meltdown after she was pulled over for speeding in Kingston, NY.
Berky was a mess. She shouted, she screamed, and claimed to have PTSD, and it looked like she was having a full-blown panic attack.
The encounter reportedly lasted for about half an hour, and the officer wrote her a ticket for driving 13 miles over the speed limit.
