Today defense attorney Matt Gonzalez attacked the 4-hour interrogation of his client 45-year-old Jose Ines Garcia Zarate.
Prosecutors believe that Zarate's account of what happened, along with other evidence, make it clear that he acted intentionally and showed malice needed for a second-degree murder conviction.
