Hundreds of thousands of people flock to the annual West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval and while organizers want people to have a great time, there's a few things you need to know.
- Dress up in your costume! But remember, you'll be moving around between Santa Monica Boulevard between La Cienega Boulevard and Doheny Drive...so do it comfortably.
- No backpacks, camera bags or large totes are allowed. If you have to carry something, do it in a clear bag.
- Parking is as bad as you'd think it'd be, so carpool and Uber are your friends.
- With almost 500,000 people attending it's a good idea to leave kids and pets at home.
So, bring your costume A-game and enjoy the free festivities!
