Garcetti apparently has his sights set on bigger things, like the Presidency. There's been a lot of speculation about him running in 2020. He told a Wisconsin TV station during a June visit:
“I think all the rules are off. No African American could be president until one was. No reality star could be president until one is.”
He is one smug empty suit.
