(Culver City, CA)  --  Amazon is moving its production studio to Culver City.  The company announced today that Amazon Studios will begin moving out of its Santa Monica digs and taking over 280-thousand square feet of space on the Culver Studios lot by the end of the year.

The iconic mansion on the premises was once the headquarters for movie producers David O. Selznick and Cecil B. DeMille.  Amazon says the new offices will house Amazon Studios, IMDb, Amazon Video and World Wide Advertising.
