I hate to break it to you, the following video is not an elaborate Halloween costume for a robotic stick or something. It is all too real.

According to Popular Science it is a moth found in Southeast Asia and Australia called Creatonotos gangis.  The tentacles and little fuzzy hairs are scent organs designed to help them find a mate. Cute.
