(Los Angeles, CA) -- Many are calling for Vin Scully to broadcast the Dodgers' World Series games, but he doesn't want the job. The "Daily News" reports that Scully says he doesn't belong there, and he's not eager for the spotlight.
At least two petitions have reportedly been started in an effort to get Scully on the broadcast team. Fox will be televising the World Series when it starts on Tuesday at Dodger Stadium. Their play-by-play man Joe Buck says it would be an honor to have Vin at his side.
