(Los Angeles, CA) -- A Los Angeles City Councilman has plans to lure Amazon's second headquarters to the San Fernando Valley. Bob Blumenfield says the retail giant should build its so-called "HQ2" at the Warner Center business development in Woodland Hills. Blumenfield represents the district on the city council.
Amazon has requested their second headquarters must be located in a metropolitan area with more than a million people. Los Angeles is among several U.S. cities looking to bring the online retailer to their region. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has said his company expects "HQ2 to be a full equal to our Seattle headquarters."
