Highest SoCal Rent Found in Marina Del Rey; Lowest: Highland

Vacancy Rate For U.S. Apartments Reaches Highest Rate In 20 Years

(Undated)  --  Southern California renters are paying the highest prices to landlords in Marina del Rey.  Orange County's Newport Beach and Irvine follow close behind in Apartment.com's September report.  The online rental site found the lowest rents in the region are in Highland and San Bernardino.  

The study found that an average two-bedroom in Marina del Rey goes for more than $4,500 dollars a month, while in Highland it runs less than a fourth of that price.
