(Sacramento, CA) -- California Governor Jerry Brown is sending along his condolences after last night's deadly shooting in Las Vegas. The governor said in a statement that "Our prayers and deepest sympathies are with the families and loved ones of those killed and injured in last night's tragic and senseless shooting, and we stand with the people of Nevada in this difficult time."
Authorities say at least 58 people have died and hundreds more are injured after a gunman opened fire on a crowd attending a country-western concert on the Vegas strip.
