Tensions are rising over immigration in the U.S. House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi was forced to exit a news event in San Francisco today when she was shouted-down by immigration activists. The event was scheduled to push legislation to protect undocumented Dreamers from deportation.
Protesters accused Democrats of being weak on immigration and of supporting widespread deportations of illegal immigrants during the Obama administration. They're also angry about moves by Democratic leaders to make deals with President Trump.
