Garcetti Talking About Deadly Virginia Protest

(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti is talking about the deadly violence in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Garcetti released a statement shortly after the violence erupted in Virginia over the weekend.  He said the repugnant ideology behind the KKK rally has no place in America or anywhere in the world.

California's senior senator Democrat Dianne Feinstein also released a statement saying the attacks are completely unacceptable.  The "Unite the Right" rally was prompted in part by the removal of a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee from a park in the city.
