A viral video of a man's ghost encounter at a South Texas motel is making the Facebook rounds.
Frank Ramirez posted the video with the caption: "IDK what it is, but I know it was here. You be the judge. Hotel in Harlingen, Tx."
In the almost 6 minute video the phone comes off its cradle, a towel is pulled off the counter and a hanger moves....all without anyone touching the stuff.
Ramirez says he began his recording after the third time the phone came off the hook.
He says he has often stayed at the Country Side Inn because he works in the town, however this time he was assigned to room 38.
"It's never happened to me before in the hotel -- never experienced anything like that."
Before he told people what room he was in, a woman from San Antonio messaged him on Facebook saying when she stood in room 38, she woke up with "her face scratched up."
Many are saying the video is fake and that Ramirez is using fishing line to move the objects.
Ramirez understands why people are skeptical but is holding true to his account.
"Everybody's got their own opinion and I'm open to that and I appreciate it, but I'm not going to disrespect or talk down to anyone just because they don't believe the video, or don't believe it's real. That's why I filmed in the mirror and walked all around (the motel room)."
Ramirez says after he wrapped the video, he asked the front staff for a new room.
Before leaving, the hotel staff told him they wouldn't be renting out room 38 until they had it blessed.
