(Beverly Hills, CA) -- A phony Uber driver accused of sexual assault is behind bars and now cops are looking for more victims. The Los Angeles man would pose as a driver from the ride sharing service in upscale neighborhoods.
Officials say the 40-year old recently picked up a woman in West Hollywood, drove a short distance and then attacked her in Beverly Hills. Investigators say his car had stickers from both Uber and Lyft, but he doesn't work for either company. Police are now asking victims to come forward and are becoming increasingly weary of predators using ride-share services as a cover to carry out attacks.
