In Washington, a woodpecker was able to nearly peck its way clean through a utility pole.
A passerby saw the damage and was able to report it in time before the bird was able to cause a power outage.
The Snohomish County Public Utility District replaced the pole within hours of the resident calling it in.
The worker who did the replacement was so surprised, he snapped a picture:
Many commented their surprise about the damage the woodpecker had done and of course, it wouldn't be the internet if a meme hadn't been made:
Snohomish PUD spokeswoman Julie Cunningham says they have dealt with woodpecker damage before, but never like this and some thought it was a beaver.
"That's pretty high up for a beaver."
Though the woodpecker hadn't actually been seen, the little fella earned the nickname "Timber" and rightfully so.
