(New York, NY) -- Former TV host Montel Williams says he's been using marijuana nearly every day for the past 17 years to relieve debilitating pain from multiple sclerosis. Williams, a U.S. Navy veteran, has now become a "ganjapreneur," launching his own line of medical marijuana products this past spring.
They're being sold through Lenitiv Labs in states like California, where medical marijuana is legal. Cannabis extract is made into vapors and oils and marketed to MS patients and other medical users who, like Williams, have chronic pain and dexterity issues. He's also leading a nationwide effort to allow military veterans to access medical marijuana legally, without losing benefits.
