The City of Los Angeles said Tuesday it would resume impounding illegally parked recreational vehicles - weeks after several contracted tow yards refused to seize any more of the vehicles.

Agreements with other towing companies will allow the impounds to resume, according to the LAPD.

RVs can be impounded if they're parked in the same space for more than three days, have expired registration, or violate other codes or laws.
