Riverside county officials are trying to locate the owners of a German shepherd that chased a bicyclist into a moving vehicle.
The man on the bike was riding through an alleyway when the 2-year-old female dog charged at him and chased him through the street.
As the man tried to get away from the dog, he ended up slamming into the side of the bed of a pick up truck.
A nearby homeowner's security camera caught the last few moments of the chase and collision.
His family says he underwent surgery and is recovering from his injuries.
The Riverside County Animal Shelter took the dog and are still trying to locate the animal's owners.
