No Fourth of July party is complete without a fireworks display. Fortunately, since we live in Los Angeles, we Angelenos have multiple options for where we can go oooh and ahhh at displays anywhere we might be located here in the city and county of Los Angeles.
Dodger Stadium: Start your celebration of the nation's independence with a game between the Dodgers and the Arizona Diamondbacks. First pitch begins at 6:10pm. Fireworks start right after the game. Dodger Stadium is locate at 1000 Vin Scully Avenue in Echo Park.
Hollywood Bowl: The annual Hollywood Fireworks Spectacular begins at 7:30 pm, with the fireworks scheduled after the show. Tickets are sold out, but you can still grab a good look at the display from vantage points all over the area. The Hollywood Bowl is located at 2301 North Highland Avenue in Hollywood.
Downtown Los Angeles/Grand Park: The Music Center is hosting a free block party for all ages in downtown L.A.'s Grand Park. The festivities begin at 2 pm with fireworks starting at 9pm. Grand Park is located at 200 North Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles.
4th of July aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach: Tickets are on sale for a day of live entertainment, games, tours and more. Event begins at 2pm with fireworks happening around 9pm tonight. Tickets start at $24 and the event is open to all ages.
Exposition Park/L.A. Memorial Coliseum: The Fourth of July Celebration at Exposition Park is being hosted at the Memorial Coliseum this year. This event is great for kids and free to the public. Music, food, and various non-profits will be operating booths. The fireworks show begins at 9pm and runs til 9:30pm. The L.A. Memorial Coliseum is located at 3911 South Figueroa Street in South Los Angeles.
Porter Ranch: The annual fireworks display will be at the Shepherd of the Hills Church and begins at around 9pm. Shepherd of the Hills Porter Ranch is located at 19700 Rinaldi Street in Porter Ranch.
Disneyland: It's not an official celebration, but how can you beat a day at the Mouse House followed up by a spectacular fireworks display?
