A judge in Santa Monica further delayed Tuesday the start of a civil lawsuit that accuses Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting a young woman at the Playboy Mansion.
A trial in Judy Huth's case will have to wait until the criminal sexual assault case in Pennsylvania is resolved.
A tentative date for the start of pretrial discovery and motions in the civil case was set for July, 2018.
Huth says she was 15-years-old when she was attacked by Cosby in a bedroom at the Mansion in 1974.
Cosby's criminal trial in Pennsylvania ended in a mistrial and prosecutors there said they planned to retry the case with a new jury.
