Boston-based consumer watchdog group World Against Toys Causing Harm says the popular fidget spinners are actually a danger to kids.
In their summer safety report, the already banned spinners can fall apart and the small pieces can cause children to choke on them.
W.A.T.C.H. says children in Texas and Oregon have already been taken to the hospital because of choking.
The group also warns hoverboards being fire hazards due to their lithium batteries, plastic weapons causing blunt force injuries and non-motorizes scooters cause impact injuries.
