Pennsylvania court backs attempted rapist's 10-20 year sentence

A court in Pennsylvania has upheld the 10-20 year prison term for would-be-rapist Frank Adam Yeager. If only this guy could get more prison time.

Police went through Yeager's diary and his computer and discovered a man hell-bent on rape. He spent months creating a list of more than 200 names of realtors and finding people's addresses, Facebook pages, businesses, churches, and schools they attended.

His detailed diary was filled with drawn and written rape fantasies. On November 25, 2012 Yeager tried to act out one of his plans by trying to lure a victim into a secluded model home to rape her.

Yeager closed the drapes, turned off the lights, and waited for her to show up, but she never did. He went back to the realtor's office and claimed there was a water leak, but he took off when a male co-worker came into the office.

He later arrested and police found his disgusting diary, which included suicide plans. They also found rope, chains, guns, and duct tape in his truck.

One of his diary entries read:

"I have been planning and wanted this my whole life ... the help I need is too great and I would rather die. I truly enjoy the hunt and cannot wait for my prize."

What an evil creep. People like him need to be locked up forever.
