A Long Island Highway exit sign called Crooked Hill was altered to read "Crooked Hillary" earlier this week. We're all familiar with "Crooked Hillary:"
A spokesperson for the Department of Transportation said in a statement:
“As soon as we were notified about the graffiti yesterday morning, it was removed. Defacing public signs is illegal.”
The sign was later returned back to its' original name after the DOP received a report of vandalism.
