Someone call Commissioner Gordon, LA is lighting up the bat-signal one last time for the Bright Knight.
The City of Los Angeles will honor the late Adam West on Thursday night by lighting the iconic signal in Los Angeles. Mayor Eric Garcetti and LA Police Chief Charlie Beck have the honor of flipping the switch.
Everyone's invited to the tribute for West which is scheduled to take place at City Hall at 9 pm on Thursday.
West was best known for his role in the campy 1960's 'Batman' series that was beloved by fans all over the world.
If you can't make it to the ceremony and still want to honor West's memory, the family is encouraging people to donate to the Adam West Memorial Fund, the proceeds of which will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
